Also contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
